In June we lost Naimah’s dam, Huricane-PM Golden Sai to a rapidly spreading mastitis. Fortunately Sai blessed us with this beautiful girl who was destined to stay in the herd and carry forward the torch that Sai put in motion. For her first 3 months, Naimah was the smallest of all the doe kids earning her the nickname “pee wee”, then her growth spurt kicked in and she’s now on par with the largest of the retained kids. We decided to test her out in the show ring and she did not disappoint, winning her class and ultimately taking a GCH placing.

Being a late April born kid, we decided to hold Naimah back and not breed her until the second year, giving her additional time to mature. Selfishly it gives us an incredible dry yearling to show in 2022 with plans to take her to the National Show in June 2022.
