We are a fully licensed and regulated goat dairy in the State of Idaho, License # RGM-148 and exclusively raise Lamancha Goats, known for their high quality milk and butterfat content. We practice strict bio-security practices, test our entire herd annually and milk in an environmentally controlled milk facility. Buyers can be assured they’re receiving milk and cheese that have been properly handled, bottled, sealed and stored. Our entire herd is fed only non GMO grains and hay. Our fully irrigated pastures grow naturally without any sprays applied.

We offer animal grade and human grade milk in sealed containers. Animal grade is available in limited quantities and not intended for human consumption, offered as frozen only.

We also offer farm fresh chèvre cheese in 4 flavors: Plain, Garlic-Herb, Herbs de Provence and Jalapeno-Onion. Cheese is vacuumed packed to provide a 6 month shelf life when not opened.

Milk Pricing: Animal grade $6 – gallon ( NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION); Human grade $12 – gallon.

Cheese Pricing: $8/log -or- $15 for 2 logs.
